I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of industries and launch several businesses, such as Divinety, a wedding management and collaboration SaaS cloud platform that I am excited to launch soon.

I’m also an investor and advisor for an innovative EduTech SaaS AI/ML company, A Learning Place A Teaching Place, the next phase in online education platforms.

Prior to TeraVault, Mark founded iConsultancy in 2008, an enterprising new concept by providing software services from our remote office and staff, prior to these types of services becoming mainstream in our current world. I take pride in leading, creating an amazing work culture and empowering everyone to do their life’s work.

Throughout my career, I have worked in the financial, legal and consulting industries, providing
Cybersecurity and IT consulting for multinational corporations. As such, our expertise in delivering the best of both worlds with a remote workforces + professionalism is unparalleled.

I firmly believe that a successful business is not just about profits – it’s about people.

I’m also passionate about giving back to the community. That’s why I established Chocolate for Charity, an advertising services project that benefited Big Brothers Big Sisters, a non-profit organization for youth mentoring, and more recently, TeraVault Foundation, with our mission of giving back to underprivileged orphanages, creating opportunities for them, and inspiring others to give back to the community.
